Jus Bluit Global started in the rooms people rarely get honest in — the silence after loss, the family no one talks about, the identity you built just to survive. We talk about what everyone avoids and ask the questions most people are afraid to answer.
It began with Black male experience — emotional suppression, family silence, masculinity, generational trauma. The invitation is for anybody ready to do the work. Admit it. Name it. Break it. Live free. Tell it.

Andreiss K. Bluitt — affectionately known as "Bluitt" or Mr. "B" — is a transformational leader, creative strategist, and visionary educator with over 20 years of experience driving excellence in secondary and postsecondary education.
A Houston native with a lifelong devotion to the arts, Andreiss has served as Theatre Arts Director within the District of Columbia Public Schools — bridging the gap between creative discipline and academic success. His multi-faceted background spans the arts and entertainment industries — as an actor, director, and producer.
As a motivational speaker, mentor, and life coach, Andreiss is a true catalyst for progress — guiding the next generation of leaders to break barriers, unlock their authentic potential, and achieve an unyielding attitude of excellence.
