Bluitt — affectionately known as "Bluitt" or Mr. "B" — is a transformational leader, creative strategist, and visionary educator with over 20 years of experience driving excellence in secondary and postsecondary education. A Houston native with a lifelong devotion to the arts, he has dedicated his career to empowering at-risk youth and adults through creative expression, mentorship, and a steadfast pursuit of scholarship.
As Theatre Arts Director within the District of Columbia Public Schools, Andreiss bridged the gap between creative discipline and academic success with an avant-garde leadership style that blends innovative thinking with a rigorous, data-driven methodology. Beyond the classroom, his multi-faceted background spans the arts and entertainment industries — as an actor, director, and producer.
Driven by an undying commitment to equity, Andreiss is currently preparing for his doctoral journey — with the ultimate vision of establishing a premier college preparatory academy. He firmly believes in the power of education and mindset shift to transform lives, guiding the next generation of leaders to break barriers and unlock their authentic potential.
